Below are a few freebies we put together that will help in your journey to get fit for life. This includes meal planners so that you can plan out your meals ahead of time. This will help in staying consistent in your food choices, as well as help save money when grocery shopping. If you know what you're going to purchase, you'll be less likely to buy unnecessary foods and snacks. 

We have also created a weight tracker. We don't suggest weighing every day, but instead once a week or every other week. This is where you will see the biggest results. Your weight can flucuate 5 lbs overnight due to sodium, fiber and water intake. We recommend hopping on the scale first thing in the morning for your weekly/bi-weekly weigh ins. 

Just remember that your weight was not gained in 1 day and will not be lost in 1 day either. Stay consistent and keep the end goal in mind! You've got this! Choose your hard!

Speaking of hard, workouts can be brutal. So can figuring out when to workout, and what to work on, Below is a workout planner to help plan, and schedule days and what type of workouts you are going to incorporate. 

We are currently working on getting some workout plans posted on the workout portion of our site to help with this also. From beginners to the more experienced athlete, there will be workouts for everyone. The amount of weight, and number of reps will be determined by you.
